I am an entrepreneurial, highly versatile and strategically minded CFO with a can do and will do approach to solving complex financial, tax and regulatory issues for fast growing fintech, blockchain and gaming businesses, including but not limited to fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, licensing (UK FCA, Hong Kong HKMA/ SFC, Singapore MAS and Australia ASIC), listings (LSE/ AIM, HKSE and ASX) and corporate structuring.
